Our pool was a green color, like a swamp. This product did not help clear up the green algae.

We have had an in-ground vinyl pool for over 20 tears and this year is the first year that we used this product. After removing the cover we added this product and 3 gallons of liquid chlorine and by the next morning virtually all of the algae was on the bottom of the pool and we could vacuum to waste and the pool was almost ready to be used.We will use this each spring when opening the pool for the yaer.

Still ended up draining the pool waited 5 days and it was still green. No sure if it was the product not being a new batch or if maybe the product was old. But it didn’t work

killed the Nasty algae problem. Need to over chlorinate for it to work. Check your chlorine levels often after use.

Ever since I had my in ground pool opened this year mid-May, I have had problems I never had before. Last year my daughter's dog chewed up the winter cover, and she replaced it with one that was too short. Therefore, we ended up with millions of oak leaves from the neighbors 80' tree adjacent to our yard all through the pool. The pool truly was the epitome of a swamp, so I figured this product would be perfect. Happily, it was! I followed the directions and got up the next morning to find my swampy pool filled with blue water. It killed all of the green algae and caused it to fall to the bottom of the pool. I put it in last Friday and am still vacuuming algae out every day, but I had basically given up on the water being clear this year. I highly recommend this product for a green algae problem. I have seen other reviews complaining that the container comes half full, but it clearly states it is sold by weight, not volume. I used one for my 25,000 gallon pool.

Ok! I was basically at a stand still with my pool. The pump got turned off during vacation and I come back to a tad poll green smelly pool. It smelled more like a pond then a pool. I was about to empty my 11000 gallon pool (we have well water so I would have had to get another water delivery which is 600.00)when i found this stuff online. So I figured wed give it one last go. We got the bottle put in about half super chlorinated it and it turned light green....so i put in the other half same process and bam bright blue the next day. Yes it was foggy and i had to use some flocculant on it and then vacuum but lord am I happy i found this stuff. Buy it!! This product wont let you down. Just follow the directions!
