I’m a medical resident with brutal 14–28 hour shifts, and this is part of my survival pack (featured in the photo here). Each pack is grab-and-go, and fits in my scrubs pocket or bag. Pro tip: don’t let anything sharp jab into the foil seal or you’ll end up with a Nutella crime scene in your backpack. Learned that the hard way. Once.And once — I kid you not — I gave up my Nutella to help a child take his meds. His mom said the only way he’d take them was if we dipped the pills in Nutella.
