These were a god send. My son broke his leg over the winter months and instead of a stretched sock he wore these and they kept his exposed toes warm and clean and kept the cast well protected from dirt and moistureHe wore them everywhere, easy to wash after each outing and quick dryingPerfect

Helps to keep foot a bit warmer but even though its fleece it's not overly warm.The lining inside is quite tough and rubs on your toes which is a little uncomfortable.

What a great help for cold toes when wearing a plaster cast. Quite a generous fit, so a soft sock can be worn underneith if desired, too.

I broke my fibula on Christmas Eve and I spent the holidays in plaster! 🙄 I was struggling with keeping my toes warm and being secure enough to hobble about on my crutches when I came across this. I’m a size 5 (38) and was worried that the size might not allow for the added width of the plaster cast. It does! It’s warm and the grips are good so you feel safe.I’m not sure how this would fare outside with the wet weather (I’ve not tried yet!) but with added socks and minimal touch on the wet pavement it might be ok.Having a pair rather than just the one is also an advantage so you can rotate or use one indoor and one outdoor.I recommend this product!

After breaking my ankle and ending up in a half leg cast in the middle of winter, none of my socks would fit over my cast so my toes were cold.This is absolutely perfect: adjustable via a heel strap and covers a good half - 3/4 of my foot, and made of fleece-type material, it's very cosy. At the time of writing, I'm non-weight-bearing but if / when I progress to a walking cast, there are rubber-type non-slip segments on the bottom.Two in a pack, so you're not without if one needs to go in the wash...I've had several people at the fracture clinics comment on it and even the radiographer was asking where to purchase as she's seen a LOT of frozen-toed patients this winter! Glad I bought it; it's been a godsend: big thumbs up.

I have a bandage on for bad leg and sock just wasn’t wide enough so this half sock is brilliant keeps the bandage from getting dirty and is easy to get onI just love it

These covers were fine however in the details they look longer in the fabric cover than the seem to be in mine. They have however served a purpose and apart from the amount of fabric in the sock.

As a first-time cast wearer with a broken ankle, this product is a real toe-saver! I needed warmth for my toes AND some traction on the cast. I love that it came with 2 so I can swap them out and keep one washed and ready to wear.
