Very nice and easy to assemble product. Works well. A little tab broke off during assembly due to a whole not being properly bored out and I requested a replacement and it was almost instantly that it was approved and they are sending a full product replacement. Best customer service i have ever received!

This product is very substandard. The cheap plastic pieces broke off in the first couple of days use. I contacted AirCare about the problem right away and received no response. Since AirCare has no interest in addressing my problem, I'll stop buying anything from AirCare.

Worked ok. Parts did not fit well.

I was prepared to give 1 star but had to change to 5. The lid arrived with some manufacturing issues. It wouldn’t attach and made the whole unit feel flimsy. I called support and they were very quick to send a new lid. You can see in the photos the new and old lids for comparison. Great customer service can make a company great!

My old Idylis broke down after using it for four years. As it is no longer being made, I went with this Aircare unit. I had hoped that it was sturdier than the Idylis, but it seems to be made exactly the same way. The lid you open to pour in the water does not fit completely down unless you fiddle with the sides of the unit by pushing them in. Once you open it to pour water in, you'd have to fiddle with it again. This wouldn't bother me as much, except the pins holding the lid in place (they act as hinges), are also made of the same plastic. The one on my Idylic broke within a month - hopefully this will not. I also did not like that the left-hand hole the pin goes into was still covered with plastic from when it was molded and I had to take a carpet cutter and cut open the hole to put the lid on.The reason I am keeping this is because there aren't really any other units out there that I can find that doesn't involve pouring water into a hole that is too small, or involves bottle-like containers that are heavy to lift if comepletely full, but involves filling the unit twice as often if I do not. With this unit I can fill it all the way with a half-full bucket, (taking two trips of course), but at least it runs for several hours that way.

So far we are very pleased with this humidifier. It needs to be refilled more often thank some others but it is easy to fill and to regulate.

this item is poorly built. flimsy materials.. hard to assemble. I had an older version that I wasn't very happy with, but there are so few options in the full size humidifier category that I crossed my fingers and hoped that they had improved their product in the years since I got the previous one. Nope! If anything, it's worse! the lid hinge broke off while I was assembling it. That happened with my old unit too, but not till I had used it for a while! the mechanism for checking water level so that it would shut off when empty never was reliable on the old unit and it looks like they're using the same system on the new one. Definitely not recommended.
