Product as described. Good ice/hot pad that is durable. Great support, comfortable, and relieves back pain. You can control how much pressure you want on your back. I would recommend this product.

I like the product a lot and the only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the freezer pack that came in the package was over filled on one end and had very little gel on the other end. I did not want to have to send it back and wait to get another one. I really needed to have it to use now.

Great with the extenders, it fits a lot better, xtra large in the back just like the picture.. and the compression pump, takes pressure off ya spine.. really love it 5⭐️‘S for sure...Won’t be disappointed if ya like the pictures, just like it, very sturdy too....

I thought I had reviewed this earlier, I guess not. This is wonderful. I get a pain on my right side. Could not find the proper sleeping or sitting to alleviate it. I put this on and it hits the spot. I took this with me to my family reunion and at least 4 people said they were going to buy it. This is most helpful.
