The belt offers the support needed. There is a pouch for a battery which is very useful. It comes with a long usb lead for using at home. I use a small battery pack and turn the heat on when needed. It is helping me so much. At work I use a power bank to heat the belt and it does the job I hoped it would. Adjustable straps to give the perfect support.

It helped hugely with my prolapse disks. Hear is my pain relief. Works very well and I use it a lot.. A lot.. Unfortunately my first two gave up after 6-8weeks.. But still bought another one because it works so well on my pain. Hoping this one will be good for longer.

Apparently this requires to be plugged in to use, which I was not aware of until after purchasing. It also appears that it requires another part to heat up, but again was unaware of this

Super praktisch.Viel besser zu nutzen als irgendwelche Kirschkernkissen.Kann man auch beim spazieren gehen oder ähnlichem tragen, ohne dass es stört.Man kann selbst mit einer 0815-Powerbank ewig heizen oder wärmen.

Veramente utile per il mal di schiena. La fascia si stringe bene anche alle donne. Il filo è lunghissimo si arriva alla presa, come per caricare un telefono. Non ho ancora provato con powerbank. Scalda a 3 livelli, ottimo per stare fermi quando si legge

Ma scalda pochissimo. intendevo usarla in poltrona collegata ad una mega batteria ma se non la metti a diretto contatto con la pelle non senti nessun tepore anche con la temperatura al massimo. deluso decisamente deluso . dato il costo non farò il reso . Amazon puntuale come sempre
