I've tried out many over the years, and this product is the only one that helps to relieve the pain. It has a doughnut that keeps the kneecap centered and tracking in place. Most others just compress the area. It costs slightly more, but it's the only one that actually helps to relieve the pain I have, especially when climbing stairs. I wear it from the time I get dressed in the morning, until the time I go to bed.

I had previously bought this product from Sports Authority but got it as a L and it was super tight for my knee. Finally went through with buying it at an XL-size and fits super well. Highly recommended for everyone that's looking for a good knee brace.

It's well made, but runs really small. The XL fits tightly around my leg and I normally get size L braces. I'm left footed and can't wear it comfortably on that leg since it's slightly larger than my right. The brace itself works fairly well and the patella cushion feels nice. Just wish it were a couple inches bigger. Will slide off during running but I've never worn a brace during exercise that didn't slide around.

I've been having knee problems for a while now. It hurts a lot when I run or walk long distances. I decided to invest in one that I found at Target. It cost around $20, had a metal brace in it, and velcro straps to hold it in place. It fell off. Great. I decided to look around and this one looked promising. I was about to buy a small, but since there are a wide range of sizes, I thought it was best for me to look up the sizes. Perhaps I was a medium? I measured myself and I was actually a large! The large is actually pretty snug on me too, so measure around your knee cap before you get it!! Overall, this is a great product and I no longer have knee problems when running or walking. The gel buttress feels great against my knee and it stays in place.Here are the sizes:Small: 12-14"Medium: 14-15"Large:15-17" XL: 17-20"

Although was not the best brace for me to begin with, the fact that you can’t put it in washing machine is a negative. Because when one has many braces, they (me) may not remember which one is hand washable only.

Great support. Fits nicely. Keeps me knees together while doing martial art. I purchased product after reading reviews about squash player and runner. On first day ran about 10 minutes, light jog. Did cart wheels, 5 minutes. Did kicks, front, side, round house, crescent inner and other , switch step axe... Forms... So after a good hour of pouring sweat work out the brace stayed put, no slipping. The support help my knees to hold up together. I suspect the braces will be more comfortable to wear as I used them. On first workout I really had to fight the brace to get my kick up :) Very pleased with my purchase. I ordered a medium and it fit as expected. Rinced out in cold water and hang to dry till next day!

Wow this is a life saver . I am a regular at gym , & doc advise protection for my knees when doing squat . & these MC david level 2 protection is superb . I just wear them under my gym track pants $ they serve me well . & no longer I am worried when I do my squats with weights . But when I increased my weights to 90 kg , then as added protection I also don strap knee over my track pants clothing . Double protection for heavy lifting . Works for me fine , except for this occasion ,for all of my gym works this level 2 MC david knee guard gives me the peace of mind & protection - very well made & can wash as u wish . Will be getting another pair . Das

The item seems to work fine and is as advertised. However, there needs to be a guide on how to choose your size. They come in S, M and L, but there is no guide telling you how to determine the proper size. I ordered a M and it was too tight, so I ordered a L which seems to be the correct size. Shipping was excellent - received the next day.

Cette genouillère aurait pu etre le top du top avec des bandes silicones interne pour éviter qu'elle ne glisse tout le temps.Dommage, car le maintien rotulien et la compression parfaite en font un produit qui soulage immediamtent , mais ne tient pas en place pour la pratique du volley
