what is the output of LEDs in lumens and colour temperature please?

No idea, I use it for putting on makeup and it gives very good light for that, not too warm or too blue. Great mirror - thoroughly recommended.

will the LED lights prevent the mirror from fogging up after a shower? Or help defog the mirror faster once switched on?

The Mira Plus is not a fog-proof or waterproof mirror, hence turning on the lights would not help defog the mirror faster.

Unfortunately the mirror will no longer stay upright. Any idea what I can do.
