have been using these for years and think they really support your immune system. it's all plant based so i am not worried about putting lots of chemicals in my body. only thing to note is that they have alcohol in them. not to the extent to make you feel drunk but don't take them on an empty stomach in the morning. there is a kids version which i assume doesn't have alcohol in it but not sure, haven't tried them. i personally also believe in these drops more than the capsules you can buy...

Its works for me but you have to have some tables also from the same company. It’s very painful during the period you are not feeling well. How to use: it’s 50 drops with 300 ml of water, 3 times a day for adults !

I havnt t used these yet, as all the instructions are in foreign language, so I don’t know if you take them orally or put them up your nose,
