Disappointed
The instruction inside this item say that it will give off heat for one hour but the box says 2 hours.

very good and does what it should. Would have been a five except for unclear instructions about assembly and a few sharp edges

Easy to use ,saves heating dishes and passing them around the table being careful not to burn your hands.Great for Indian and Chinese meals and of course oue English dishes, saves time in the kitchen dishing up and washing up.Glad we bought it.One little problem a crack was in the lid of one of the food server dishes,when it arrived, but have written to manufacturers and hopefully they will replace...will update with the outcome.
