tripped a 20amp breaker
it works but you will need a 30amp breaker, also you will have to only crack open the faucet to be able to get warm water, if you open the faucet half way you wont get any hot water

I put this unit inside the vanity, easy to install, but don’t think instant hot water, it’s not. It still takes a little while (and I say little while) because length of heater and sink. But when it does get hot, be careful 135* smarts.

Good product made well. The threads on the unit are a little tight. Use Teflon tape.

The water heater did not even warm up the water
The heater did not heat the water pass 50 degrees and it took 27 amp but still did not work well

It’s a water heater not a water hotter
I think it works great. I don’t need it to have boiling water. It’s for an outdoor sink. Really to wash off your hands at. Water gets warm which for me is perfect.
