TAMIYA X31 81531 Acrylic Mini X31 Titanium Gold 1/3 oz 10ml

Good color for Enterprise bridge. Goes on smoothly

I've had great success with Tamiya paints, whether used for R/C aircraft, or other purposes. In this case I used select colors to color-fill markings on gun slides. It has held up quite well so far. I've included a photo of a gun done in Tamiya green.

I airbrushed this paint in my my Iwata HP-CS Eclipse using Iwata thinner and all that together equals a great looking model car

Great Paint

The pay is what I always buy it’s great but this time something else happened and I don’t blame it on the paint or the manufacture of the painT The shipper They wrapped in bubble wrap around it. But they didn’t check the lid so when I went to take the bubble wrap Off it the lid came off and I spilled maybe 1/4 of the bottle on my table luckily it’s my workshop table and it doesn’t matter but still so for the company who shipped it in the future check the bottle before you put it in bubble wrap

Long story short, I ripped one of the decals on my sinanju and decided to just paint the gold details in. It looks good! I had originally intended for a paint with more of a mirror sheen to it, but I really like how this project came out.Word of warning, this stuff STINKS. Please handle it in a well ventilated room with nose and mouth protection. Add clear coat to better preserve the paint application.In the pictures below, I added a krylon matte clear coat to seal the paint.

Excellent as expected

I ordered titanium gold and got gold leaf, but it worked out on my model. Thos review should be on the gold leaf paint...
