This fitness ball is very traditional and easy to use. I had one previously and bought this new one. it is very good quality. The size is very large. it is good to leave one in your bedroom or living room so you can keep exercise any time. Strong recommended.

This is a great ball, however it is a bit mis-shaped; it is not perfectly round. So you have to roll it before you sit on it.

Not Anti Burst
This ball is not Anti-Burst! Ours popped in half this afternoon when an employee was using it at his desk. Luckily he was okay but this could be incredibly dangerous. Better to be safe than sorry, I would not advise purchasing or using this product.
