The pen is very beautiful and unique due to natural pattern of abalone shell. It writes smoothly and the refills is not hard to be obtained from the market. Bought at a special price under $100 and definitely valued for money

I have bought this pen a couple of times the first one broke. and now the next pen i bought also broke. i will not be buying another one because they are expensive the pen dose not last long. the one that just broke i bought in march of this year.

Beautifully crafted, great design, shell has amazing color effect on light, beautiful engraving on the cap with limited edition & number of the series, the year, 999 platinum, leaf pattern is beautiful, great machined tread with easy one turn lock/unlock, even if is quite heavy, that is expected, has great balance, can't wait the other two I had ordered for gifts. I'm very please to own such a masterpiece.

I bought two xezo ens and they always break in weeks. They look good but don't work to...you know...write.

I have several pens from disposables to major high end brands and even for the low price this was a disappointment. I had high hopes but one hte first day it was clear it would not be useful at all.The pen is designed to look nice (which it does) but not a pen you would actually write with because it is uncomfortable where you would hold on to it to write. For whatever reason there are threads and protruding metal where you would grab it? And they serve no purpose. Does it look nice on a desk or as a gift? yes. Can you use it to write more than just a few words? no.

Smoothest-writing ink cartridge I've yet experienced, and the weight of the pen is such that you don't have to (actually shouldn't!) press down on the pen when writing, saving hand fatigue. It's a godsend for those who--perhaps for reasons of carpal tunnel syndrome--have trouble holding onto small things like pens and pencils. Let the pen's weight and the smooth-writing cartridge do the work, and just guide the pen. It's a different (better!) way to write.As for how it's made: no corners were cut. I LOVE the look of the pen, and screwing the cap onto the body to shut the pen makes wonderful sense to prevent disasters.

I received this pen today, and I'm already in love with it! I am a writer who has a distinct preference to what kind of feel a pen has, and this one is fantastic.I was expecting a spindly, fine tip, which I don't particularly like, so I was delighted to discover that this pen had a medium tip so it was bold enough to satisfy me, without being blobby when I wrote.It's a gorgeous pen, and I'm really looking forward to filling many, many pages with it!
