Yes, it is a 105 keys with the UK enter key and small left shift.

should be possible at least with https://superuser.com/a/119885/243716 and at worst with the logitech software. I already remapped a keyboard wheel of a razer laptop keyboard to scroll with their software. (I hate hardware vendor's software, this should be a native remap within the OS, not an external soft)

is the software needed to be running to use this keyboard. if i set a macro and move to another computer will it still work?

There is some Logitech keyboard profile software that connects with the keyboard. Very sure if i connect it to my other computer the macros will not be recognised.
