Delicious Chocolate Hard Candy
These candies are a chocolate "hit" that you can carry in your pocket on a summer day. While they are hardly comparable to Belgium's finest, they satisfy your chocolate cravings. These are regular hard candy, so they contain none of the fat that you'll find in a chocolate bar. I always have a few bags around.Tip: If you would like these to be chewy rather than hard, remove the silicone desiccant packet from the bag and allow to sit open in a humid place (a non-airconditioned room will suffice) for a couple of months. The consistency becomes like a hard caramel, but won't stick to your teeth.
