What is the biggest size of box and/or envelope that this product can make?

Why should I get this instead of the separate envelope and card punch boards? Can this also make bags?

This board combines the most popular punch boards from We R Memory Keepers. You can make envelopes, boxes and bows out of paper. It is designed a little better than the original board, the original envelope board was difficult to score larger sized papers on. This new board has an arm that pulls out for those larger paper sizes. If you don't already own an envelope punch board this board gives you more options and is more user friendly.

Can you use it with cardstock paper

Yes! I would even say that it's more for cardstock than lighter paper. With the card stock I used, just looked it up and it was 80 pound, it cracked where it was scored and folded sometimes, I think it was more because it was textured cardstock as well though.

Do the envelopes fold properly or are there gaps at the corners?

The envelopes fold very nice, without gaps at the corners. The punch at the top makes a half round punch on your paper that the fold score lines radiate from. I just received mine the same day I was asked to answer this, so I had to check it out first. I hope this answered your question.
