Been using this product for many years. Lovely flavour really improves the taste of the food you’re eating.

I saw this product on an edition of the Antiques Road Trip on BBC 1 and thought I would try it. It is without doubt the best salt I have ever tasted. If you thought all salt was the same - do yourself a flavour and try this.

This salt is the purist and the best in the entire world you would have to go a long way to find a Michelin Chef who does not use it.

Precious & Delicious

Lovely big flakes of salt, I love adding them to salsa. You can crumble them with your fingers if you want smaller flakes.I thought salt was pretty much all the same until I tried Halen Mon / Anglesey sea salt
