How thick are the sheets compared to standard 20# printer paper?

I have not measured the actual thickness of the paper. However, it is noticeably thicker/heavier than standard (20#) printer/copier paper. I find that it will take gel, fountain, felt-tip (Flair), and rollerball pens without bleed-through or ghosting. On the other hand, Sharpie Markers bleed through significantly. The sheets do have a "quality" feel to them that sets them apart from standard printer paper. Hope this helps.

will lines reproduce when copies are made?

That depends on your copy machine! I have a good one and the copy shows the lines.

where is this product manufactured?

Looking at the packaging it shows Dius LLC Lafayette, LA 70508 USA Made in China

Will lines match on a light box? No double lines showing up?

I did not see a double line when held to light
