It is absolutely brilliant, I love it. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. So simple to use and not only on clothes. I’ve cleaned my bedroom curtains and all my mirrors, it does need frequently refilling as it’s not very big but well worth it. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Item works very well, the only downside so far is that you cannot control the steam release, once hot it just keeps going until you turn it off.

A little difficult to use in terms of how to fix the shirts when steaming them (they twist around). It didn’t have a dramatic effect on my shirts - they still looked. Little crumbled but of course better than before using the steamer. I will keep the product as it is useful when travelling or when you don’t want to get the ironing board together

Just love it, light weight and extremely easy to use, really fast to heat 10/10. Just wish they did a bigger one for home.

Purchased this item and it is faulty. I followed instructions using bottled water it overheated and I got a small burn on my hand as water leaked and was roasting hot. Very poor quality and trying to deal with seller directly very poor customer service!

Really pleased with this. Went on holiday and used it to remove creases. Works well and will definately take it when I go away next time. Good price and good release of steam. Glad I got it.

Took a while to decide which garment steamer to get and I'm quite happy with this one. It will never replace my steam generator iron but that's not why I wanted it. For taking creases from folds it is great. If you fill it to maximum it can spit a bit but it soon dries. It's small, lightweight and ideal to pop in your case for travel. Excellent price as well.

Works well just need to be careful not to tip it forward as the water comes out.
