This is indeed a scarf. It will cover your upper arms if needed, but don't expect it to drape like a shawl. It is not "high end" for evening wear in my opinion, but quite functional for cocktails, or work. If you get a little chilly or need to block a breeze, it is shear, so don't expect much. It might, block the wind to keep you from getting chilled in upper 60's low 70's, but don't count on it for warmth It arrived very wrinkled, which was disappointing and makes it appear low quality. Use a low iron setting like "nylon" or similar to get the wrinkles out as anything too high will melt. I tied it to my purse handle to keep handy for use if needed, rather than wear as intended part of my outfit.

This scarf was so fun when I went to Disneyland. I really didn't expect it to be a chilly but I threw this in my suitcase at the last minute just in case. I'm glad I did. The white polka dots on black were so Minnie-esque with my red shirt or my Mickey hoodie and it kept my neck warm. It's not itchy and it's the perfect size for lots of different ways to tie it.

Polka dots go with almost everything, and you should definitely go with this instant classic scarf as a go-to accessory.It is light, delicate and translucent, or as the wise folk say - diaphanous.This one isn't exactly the eye-catching, show stopping, jaw dropping item in your closet, but it will be your go-to garment to tie everything together.

Purchased this Houndstooth scarf to go along with my Houndstooth bracelet and Houndstooth heels as accessories to a very plain black outfit. What do you know, looks like a million dollars!! The scarf is soft and not scratchy which is what I wanted as well as the price point was affordable!

Very lovely scarf ! I bought this to go around a sun hat for an upcoming wedding. I am very pleased with the color and the quality of this item. The price of this scarf is very reasonable, I am sure that you would pay much more for the same item at any department store. I would highly recommended this scarf and I would definitely purchase from this company again.

This was shockingly lovely. I bought it for a costume and wasn’t expecting much, but it’s beautiful. The colors are vibrant and the scarf is a great size for wrapping around the neck or using as a shawl. It also went through the wash nicely (delicates bag but the water was hot and no issues!). I might get other colors for every day wear!

I ordered this scarf to go with my red polka dot shoes and it was perfect! The only issue I had... it wasn't long enough to hang down per the look I was going for. But still cute nonetheless.

Rich colors! Larger than I thought but very nice. I'm 5' and I can do the BT Standard and it has a taylored look. Not bulky and I don't look like I'm drowning. I love it! Great purchase

I really like this stylish scarf. It is comfortable and the pattern is exactly as shown on the picture. It is very lightweight so is not good on windy days and doesn't keep you warm, but it looks lovely and the neutral colours are a nice addition to many outfits.

Not as nice as picture. Item is much lighter and has bigger spots and material is very thin . Wasn’t impressed as it was a present for someone . Wouldn’t recommend

The picture showed ruffle scarves - but they were just plain. Also I ordered a white one and got sent a purple one - the other two colours were correct! Would have loved ruffle scarves which seem hard to come by. I am housebound so was unable to return the purple one in exchange for the white one -I will just have to put it down to experience.
