Sticks to coban
I got this because I was so frustrated trying to keep a bandage on my big toe for a stubborn wound. This sticks beautifully to coban and keeps it stuck to my foot. It's stretchy enough to be comfortable while walking and with any foot movement. Tensoplast is a terrific find for me and will be in my first aid kit permanently. Works better than any paper tape or medical tape I've ever used. Note: for long-term adhesion I advise covering it at night. (Sock, glove, whatever for the area you're taping.) The corners and edges do tend to start rolling up after my tossing and turning in bed if it's not covered, but I don't care since I change mine every 2-3 days and it easily lasts that long for me.

Sticky but not too sticky
I run and sometimes get blisters, so I started taping the blister areas before a run. Tried lots of kinds of tape but they always came off or slid off. I finally found a brand of duct tape that stayed on well, too well, sometimes it actually tore off some skin when I went to remove it. Then one day my foot doctor gave me some tensoplast to try. It sticks and doesn't damage my skin when removing. It also breathes where duct tape doesn't which is important since my féet sweat a lot. The tape comes in different widths and slightly stretches which allows it to confirm to the curves of your body part that you are taping.

Good product
Tensoplast Is what my podiatrist uses but it's really hard to find in stores. This a better product than what is available in stores (if you can find it).

A "must have" in our First Aid kit!
Works great! We use a piece of it right over the bandaid when my boyfriend, who takes blood thinners, gets a cut when he is working outside and bandaids won't stay on because it's so hot outside! Yet it easily comes off when its time! It is now a must have for our First Aid kits at home and in the car!!

Ok bandage
I bought this bandage to help my for my foot tendonitis because doctor recommended. It does the job as long as you hold over the bandage. If you try to hold it just on the skin, the adhesive does not work properly and will come off easily.
