I live in Arizona and this Visor helps me block the sun which creeps between my visor and the driver side pillar, also helps the sun which creeps in between the visor and the rear view mirror. Being short this extends my visor enough to block the sun while driving into work.. Does everything I need to block the sun, which with my car visor alone I could not achieve.

Not wide enough to be of any measureable benefit

My 2015 X5 (F15) has a very narrowed visor. This product fit and extended my car visor greatly. I am no longer having issue with the sun shining into my eyes.

I decided to give this product a try since I personally am short (5'2") and usually have issues with my stock visor not providing enough coverage during my work commute. It has become very useful when driving against the glare from the sun. I really like how it can adjust to any level and appreciate the side extensions for added coverage. It's a great product especially if you wear prescription eye glasses and don't have sun glasses to help block out the glare or sun rays. I recommend this.
