Q: Can a credit card machine and a land line phone be attached to the lsd splitter TOGETHER?

I am now able to answer my own question; yes, a credit card machine and a land line or cordless phone can share the same phone line with the use of a LSD splitter.

Q: Does this allow the internet to work on my PC through the telephone line (connected to the modem of course)??

Yes! On slot is specifically for DSL line to computer while the other is for your phone. Works perfectly. This assumes that you have DSL service.

Q: Will this work without having to switch the router settings to accept a DSL connection?

I purchased this for DSL, hooked phone line to the router and turned it on. I did have to enter codes but I believe they were on a separate sheet of paper, plus on the unit itself. Router was easy to set up and works fine.

Q: Will this device accept full size Ethernet connector?

No Mr. Bowles this is a Phone Filter and will only accept RJ-11 connectors. It has nothing to do with your Ethernet Network. It prevents noise fro the telephone line affecting your Router.
