Eames Stool in Walnut Reproduction. This beautiful Eames stool was first designed in the 1960 for the lobby of the Time Life Building in New York City by Charles and Ray Eames. Soon after it was first displayed it became very popular and with time, one of the more charming classic of modern design. Not only was this beautiful Eames stool a place to sit, but it can also be used as a low table, display surface, or simply an object of modern art.

Delivery took a pretty long time

Delivery took a pretty long time, but more frustrating is this doesn't seem like a single block of wood (contrary to the description), unless for whatever reason they cut it in half and fastened with a metal rod. The base of the stool came completely detached, and the thing falls apart when moved. That said, it is pretty and when stationary, does the trick.
