Swivel Sweeper Max- Red

While I give this product 5 stars . . . my review may sound marginally negative. When you read some of the negative reviews online about anything . . . you can intuitively understand why safety labels are required . . . Einstein once said "There are two existing entities that have the property of infinity -- the universe and human stupidity -- and I am not sure about the universe." I read one review where a lady complained that the on/off switch on the Swivel Sweeper was too low . . . OMG . . . this thing weighs about 1/2 pound . . . you can lift it over your head with no effort and flip the switch. First -- the good . . . this product is light weight . . . cleans in all directions . . . has reasonable edge cleaning . . . battery life is much better than one might expect . . . extremely convenient, because it is battery-operated and light weight . . . easy to empty the debris tray . . . swivels to reach into small areas . . . extends for about 6" under really low furniture . . . truly, almost everything the infomercial says is correct . . . almost . . . you can't expect this $39 battery operated “swivel-brush utility” to work like a $500 electric vacuum cleaner that really has suction power. The Swivel Sweeper works well for general cleaning on hard floors and hard carpet . . . on a thick carpet -- it struggles and has no real vacuum power. Also, it doesn’t pick up everything on the first pass. Your opinion will depend on your expectations . . . note, it is called a Swivel-Sweeper . . . not a "Swivel Vacuum" . . . if you expect it to vacuum -- you will be disappointed -- if you expect quick and easy clean up of hard floors and hard carpets . . . you will be impressed. If not . . . please read Einstein's comment again.

I received swivel sweeper about 2 weeks ago....works like a charm....picks up dirt, dust and hair etc....easy to empty and clean. I love everything about swivel sweeper...can't find anything that I don't like....buy it...you won't be sorry!!

This is the third Sweeper having owned one or another over a 20 year plus life span. Even the workman doing installation in my attic was impressed with my last one purchased. Strong motor speed and great brush action

Received this with a charger that is completely useless. It won't charge the battery. I tried using 7 different outlets in my home that work perfectly fine and still no charging occurred. The previous swivel sweeper I had included the same charger but it weighed more than this one. Seems to me that the inner components for charging are missing as this one feels like just a shell. Unfortunately I haven't had any luck in resolving the problem because I keep getting the runaround from one to the other. All I wanted is a replacement charger so I can use the darn sweeper instead of having to toss it. I wish I kept the old one. I won't be purchasing another that's for certain.

I always have at least one, and usually two, of these sweepers. So handy to have to keep kitchen crumbs cleaned up, or clean up after a pet. I keep one in my bathroom where my litter box is for my kitty. So handy to keep litter picked up that he might track around. These light weight vacuums usually last for years and are ao worth the price!

Second purchase. Great job at quick pickups. Especially around litter boxes. Then just quit. Cleaned contacts and worked a few more minutes. Seemed to have plenty battery. Perfect for need when it worked so bought again. This one jammed the battery into the plug-in. Hands not strong enough to depress the releases. Put in vice and used vice grip pliers on the releases. Worked. Turned on.

Better quality than the previous model. Excellent battery operated carpet sweeper.

Muy practico y útil

I love the swivel sweeper you must however look after it and clean it out properly. This one is a little different than the other ones that I have had and I prefer this one more it is easier to clean out because of the new design.
