This has a built-in battery and clock. Once you set the clock, it can be used in one of two modes i) Switch on and off according to a schedule (with a maximum of 20 on/off commands) and also for specified days of the week ii) Count down timer with an accuracy of 1 second and a maximum time of 99 hours.The best thing is it does not require a Wi-Fi network and the built-in battery is rechargeable. It is simple to configure and operate. I mainly use it as a countdown timer to operate my submersible water pump to lift water from the sump to the overhead tank. The indicator lights clearly show its status at any instant of time. With a rating of 10A and, 3100W, it is capable of controlling a wide variety of electrical equipment.Overall, a good product. The only worry is what happens when the built-in battery crosses its maximum number of charge/discharge cycles. It is not user replaceable.

I have purchased this product about 2 months back. It is still giving good performance and accuracy. In the beginning it was bit difficult to understand the settings. It is working fine.

Previously I have purchased a Mechanical Timer socket. But it was not working and it couldn't be operated with much time accuracy. So I returned it. I have tried some other electronic timer with 4 built in timer duration such as 1, 2, 4 & 6 hours. It doesnot have any user programmable timer or count down timer. Also the biggest draw back was that it doesnot have any memory and in case of main power failure the timer will get reset and output will be OFF. So overnight charging with out our intervention was not promising. So I returned that also.But the Click 24x7 Programmable Electronic Digital Timer has none of the problems mentioned above. This device has a 1.2V rechargeable NiMH button cell which will keep all the settings and time in memory. So power failure will not erase any timer settings. Just program your requirements and you can totally forget about it. It has two LED indicators Green & Red. When the device output is ON, the Red LED will indicate. We can program it for any day of the week from Sunday to Saturday and from 0 hrs to 24 hrs. Total 20 nos. of timer programs can be stored in memory. Also for quick uses, a count down timer (for both ON or OFF) is available. The construction quality is good and rugged just as any foreign product and it has 3 pin configuration for earthing pin.Cons.1. LCD display is small and no backlight.2. The manufacturer could have given a surge protection device inside.3. Also instead of a small button cell type rechargeable battery they could have given user replaceable AAA rechargeable battery which will easily fit inside it.But unfortunately these features are not there. Hope they will incorporate those in future.Overall the product quality and features are good and deserves 5 stars.

To use this product you need to be technically skilled to a certain extent eg. I bought this product because I wanted a countdown timer switch to operate my home developed UVC sterilization box to switch it off automatically after 15 minutes. But in order to use it in that mode I needed to do a little switch-programming every time I have to use it in that mode. So I concluded that if my kids or my wife or mom or my maid were asked to switch on the appliance connected on this timer switch for 15 minutes only they won't be able to do it.

It stopped working after 5 months from purchase.It’s red light is on but still off.

This works exactly as prescribed. The installation is straight forward. The settings are easy and user friendly. Most importantly a powercut during the timer event doesn't reset the timer and the event completes the rest part of the set timeline if the power comes back in that period. That's a relief as my earlier timers were resetting themselves if this occurred. The build is good as well.

Does what is expected. Good Timer which is battery backed-up. ONLY drawback is it uses Euro Schuko Plug instead of normal Indian 3 Pin Plug. Earthing Point can't be used unless one uses Schuko (female) to 3 pin Male Adaptor. The Vendor should change the Pins to suit 3 Pin Indian Plugs.
