A good product and very easy to use, the manual for installation was precise and helpful for installing. Water level detection is easy now and avoids overflow.

I have been using this product for the past several years, and it has worked seamlessly. Internally, it uses a transformer instead of an SMPS, which makes the device slightly bulkier, a bit heavier, and consumes little more extra power eventually that generates only a small amount of heat, which is negligible, especially considering the increased durability compared to SMPS-based designs.The device features both Auto and Manual modes, along with five indicators that display the water levels—high or low—in both the overhead and underground reservoirs, as well as the pump status.The manufacturer provides six iron sensors with three different colored wires for immediate use inside the reservoirs. While this is convenient for quick setup, I prefer to replace them with brass sensors for better durability.

Good product. Does the job well. Well worth the money spent on it.Installed this week after successful trials.

Sensor logic is not reliable. It does not switch off motor despite dry run (and correct sensor position). I just paid 5000 for a new motor thanks to this faulty product.They also dont provide any service for this product. It is a very useful concept but actual product is not reliable.

The system is working fine .The sensors are simple but robust.quality product at a good price

good & useful product - overhead tank water level monitoring is by itself very useful and this product does that work very well - one small issue is that on switch in manual mode does not have chatter protection - gentle pressing can be dangerous for motor because motor power goes on & off in fast succession - likely to be very dangerous for motor windings - so i devised one method and told every user to be careful & follow: when deciding to press ON button, press hard in one go and lift finger only after few seconds - this method works
