Easy & comfortable to wear
Set once & done. Makes them easy to use so you keep using them. Effective, but comfortable to wear. Use them while I sleep. Gives me hours of use without interfering in anything I do.

Reaches middle knuckle on normal size adult hand.
This was a perfect solution to stabilize what's sometimes called a "boxers knuckle." (This particular injury was a Subluxation of the tendon. I think "boxers knuckle" can include other injuries as well.)At any rate, his first (fist) knuckle needed to be stabilized.Based on the product photo we had intended to cut the brace "finger" back so it would only reach the middle knuckle. As it turns out, we didn't need to, because the brace was exactly the right length for what he needed. He has a normal sized adult hand. (Photo's attached)Also, he wears in on the inside of his hand, not the outside. The metal part of the brace is sturdy, but it CAN be bent to better form to the palm of your hand. That said, we're buying another one so he can have one that fits the position of his hand while using his computer mouse, and another one for whatever else he's doing. (The brace is bendable, but not so easily bendable that you'd want to keep changing it.)A very good solution to an unfortunate situation.

trigger finger issues
I was having issue with trigger finger so ordered this. It was an amazing change and helped the trigger finger issue a lot. Would recommend for people with trigger finger issues.

Works... but velcro is weak
Overall, this finger splint does the job and is comfortable; however, the velcro (especially the bit that holds the wrist strap together) is very weak. This leads to the splint often coming undone at night and falling off. Not sure why they skimped out on the cheap, one-sided velcro there. I will probably need to end up sewing on a strip of real velcro to solve this.

Duprytren contracture preventative
I have the beginnings of duprytren contracture and I've been looking for things that will help me to keep my hand and fingers extended to stretch out my palm and this is pretty comfortable works good. I would have liked for it to have a little bit more of a curve so that my fingers could be stretched backwards a little bit more but it's adequate. You can use it on different fingers I actually put two fingers together and the velcro is long enough, although my hands are small.

It will make your trigger finger worse.
This product isn't good by any means. I suffer from a trigger finger and this brace only managed to worsen my condition. I took it to the Dr. With me to make sure I was using it correctly which I was. But as my Doctor noted it is poorly designed. And the function it is supposed to provide is neglected. The velcro patch is way to small. The distance between the finger straps is to far, to the point that you would either have to be a giant to make use of it. And I'm not sure if it's all of them but the one I received was sown inside out. On a positive note the material was very nice and easy on the skin even after hours of use. It sounds like a small victory but comfort is key. After all you buy a product such as this to bring comfort to a painful situation. Although I was overall unsatisfied i won't return it because it is a medical brace and it be unsanitary and pointless to return it. I suggest getting a cheaper compression sleeve for your trigger finger. Save your money.

Excellent
I have a few crooked fingers and one in particular was very painful to the point where it was hard to even turn on the faucet. I was desperate so decided to wear a finger splint during the night; that was a good decision because I did get relief. When the first one died, I bought a different one at a pharmacy. My finger was better but I didn't like the splints. They were of poor quality; they didn't last, they would lose their shape; the velcro would catch on things. I put tape on the straps to stop them from curling but the tape would make noise every time I moved my hand plus they were bulky and annoying. I finally looked on Amazon to see what they had and I got this one. It's so much better; it's quiet and compact. I've been wearing it for three months now and it's holding up. Eventually it will need to be replaced and I plan on buying it again, recommend.

too short to stabilize my finger above the middle knucle when worn on the outside
I have trigger finger and the part that needs to be stabilized isn't stabilized unIess I wear it inside my hand which isn't comfortable for me. I do have large hands and long fingers but my previous brand worked fine. The velcro is also an issue. it doesn't hold well.
