TL;DR) I think the cube is worth the money & fairly fun, can be solved intuitively----------------------------------------1st) Let me say that I am basing my review on the quality of the cube for the price, not the difficulty/fun, though I will address those aspects as well.2nd) I am NOT a speed cuber, I'm just someone that LOVES solving puzzles!----------------------------------------TURNING is fairly smooth and has that satisfying click when each rotation is complete, tho this puzzle doesn't shape shift so that click neither helps nor hinders on this cube - I still like it =) I've NOT torn it down so can't confirm this but my GUESS is that there are probably magnets that give it that click. <Looking at the title/cube info I see that the seller mentions it IS indeed magnetic, which matches my experience with it so there you go. The magnets are strong enough to be noticable but not so strong they impede movement, imo>I don't readily see a way to adjust tension or get into the cube for lubing - luckily, it feels as though these points were addressed in manufacturing as I feel ZERO need to do either at this point in time.PRICE: is a bit tricky. I thought I'd purchased this cube for $8.99 USD but now see I was mistaken (that must have been a different cube). Turns out I bought it for $13.99 USD. Perhaps it's just bc I was mistaken/thought I paid less for it but $8.99 - $10.99 seems like a more appropriate price, imo at the moment. HOWEVER, I do NOT regret buying it at the price I paid and would almost certainly do so again if I were able to reverse time/have a do over.----------------------------------------DIFFICULTY:Is of course quite subjective and will vary person to person. If you've solved a Redi cube, this cube solves EXACTLY like that.It can be solved intuitively and in my opinion it's on the easier end of the "puzzles that can be solved intuitively" spectrum.For perspective, a sample of the other puzzles I've solved intuitively are the Ivy cube, Pyraminx, Redi cube, Square1.Were I to rate these on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being "ANYONE can solve this puzzle with ease" and 10 being "I had to look up a solution/algorithm for one or more parts" I'd rate each as follows:Ivy cube: 2/10 (bc I've found non-solvers do still struggle without help)Pyraminx: 3/10Redi Cube, this cube (Eight Petals): 3.5/10Square1: 8.5-9/10As I say though, rating difficulty is so very subjective. Even now I feel like maybe the Ivy cube, Redi cube, Pyraminx & 8 petals are all the same difficulty at a 2 or 3. Point being: you may find this puzzle harder or even easier than I found it to be, depending on a myriad of factors.Because I find this puzzle is so easy to solve I find myself doing so over and over in rotation with some of my other "easy to solve intuitively" puzzles, whenever I'm feeling fidgety.I apologise for how long this is, I seriously suck at concise!Hope my review is helpful =)

It’s a good cube but don’t drop it. I dropped it once a couple of magnets and the faces came flying off. I put it back together but the magnets in one spot hasn’t been the same.

It rotates/slides well and it seems sturdy enough

Turns smoothly and the magnetic bump was significant but not too strong. Amazing cube for price.

It is a fun yet easy puzzle. It is pretty much a 3x3 version of the dino cube. This puzzle also goes with my Yuxin Little Magic Magnetic puzzles.

It was a gift to my boy I can't rate it
