Is the game worth the price

I personally like the game quite a bit, though it lacks a few things. The vehicles are nice, though limited in selection, the vehicle damage is unrealistic though at least present, and some things that vehicles should be able to damage are seemingly indestructible. Despite what the game lacks I find it frustratingly fun and very re-playable. As for price, I say the cheaper you can get it for the better.

There are 3 region types. NTSC U/C, NTSC J, and PAL. American games only work on NTSC U/C. Find out what your console falls under.

does this support the Logitech G27 Racing Wheel?

Although the manual doesn't say anything about wheel&pedal support, I'm going to say just try it and you'll know for sure. It does have online play capability, though I don't know if there is still support available. I suggest checking Sony/PlayStation online forums for more info.
