ZIP System Huber Flashing Tape | Self-Adhesive Flashing for Doors-Windows Rough Openings (3.75" x 30')

Good product, worked well for sealing the zip system panels and flashing all my doors and windows. It's nice being able to buy the small 30ft (~$23) rolls in a quick pinch, but if you've got time, I'd recommend ordering the 90ft rolls (~$33) in bulk or in singles on sites like ebay to save money.

This tape is not permeable and sticks to anything and is easy to peel away without damaging finishes. I am in the building business and did an air test for 4 story school recently and sealed all the incomplete openings with this tape and it passed with flying colors. I even used it for small household item repairs and this tape does not give up-it holds every time!

Easy to put on, the tape is very sticky. Some of the rolls came on the roll a little gooped up in tape, felt like a manufacturing issue. But overall I'm happy with the product as it was easy to use and cheaper than the big box store.

holds up well, waterproof, super sticky and fictions as it should. i’ve patched holes in shed rooves with it and sprayed 3m rubber sealant over it and it lasts forever that way
