Is this product new ,what is the expiration date

The batteries I received from this vendor are new. There isn't any expiration date, it depends on the usage of the battery how long it will last.

Why does my fully charged battery only stay charged about 25 minutes with portable oxygen on Level 2?

Your battery is getting weak,it should last at least two (2) hours on level 2 on continuous flow
