This is a great addition to my multivitamin. I eat a basic keto diet so I feel good adding a “super green” supplement. I have tested its effectiveness by stopping use of it for a few weeks and my energy level dropped. I have no side effects. I am happy to keep this on my Amazon subscription list.

This is a good amount for daily taking. I have found that when I take them regularly, I have more energy. I like them.

I just re- ordered a bottle, I ran out a month ago, my body got used to the Energy Boost this gave me! Moringa in the mornings not Evening is the best time to take! Don’t listen to reviews saying to take before bed! Once in your system you will feel the benefits! It’s loaded with Amino Acids which are the building blocks for protein, make muscle! Loaded with vitamin A-C-E along with calcium, potassium and iron! It’s not a miracle supplement but it most definitely helps! I find these give me a headache at the suggested 2 dosage . So I take one and no headache .
