It's really good to review this book.. It's particularly helpful for family physicians who are following their inpatients .. It's case style reviews .. With emphasis on drugs and practical steps should be considered by FPfor inpatient when dealing with elderly or shifting into ACLor palliative care level .. I liked it really worthy
