Will these filters fit the Aquasana system?

Yes, it depends on your system. They will fit Aquasana models AQ-4000, 4500, 4501, 4600, 4601. They won't fit models AQ-5100,5200 or 5300.

It states 2 pack does that mean i will get 2 blue and 2 white filters?

You'll get one of each, only 2 total.

Is there any way to tell when it is time to change filters?

Through my experience, the water pressure will lower from the spout. Also I have noticed that the filter will leak. According to the manufacturer the filter should be replaced about every 4-6 months or about 400 gallons of usage. Hope this helped.

These are nsf certified? where are they manufactured?

Only thing I can say is they are as good as any brand filter I have used for this application
