I was somewhat skeptical due to all the reviews on Nootropics. I bought it and gave it a try and I have to say, this does work pretty well. I am an engineering student so we have to read and study a lot, I mainly use it during exam periods or when I feel mentally drained/stressed, so far it does exactly what it says; it helped me retain/process information easily, it promotes mental endurance, concentration, focus and clarity.For immediate effect; open the cap, pure the powder and mix it will small water or a drink to prevent the taste, the concentration of the liquid[water or drink] should be small enough to dilute the Acetly-Carnitine powder without totally loosing all the ingredients. Take two tablets per day and you will really see the effects, it really does work. It is not NZT or Adderall, so don't expect it to raise your IQ or cognitive skills, only memory, focus and mental endurance.

I love this product. I use it as a stack along with the Bio Energy. I have all sorts of genetic health issues, one of which landed me on a hospital having surgery to remove my thyroid and another being breast cancer and I had to have chemo which gave me a whole new world of health and energy problems that have never gone away since I ended chemo. Those two alone would suck the energy out of anyone. But I also have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and depression and anxiety. I am very sensitive to anything, pretty much that is energy related. Energy drinks and energy pills....all sorts of stuff related to energy producing products usually set me on edge, gives me a really bad headache and makes me grumpy and in a bad mood in general. They also make me shake and my heart race. But honestly, I have had it with not having any sort of energy to even live my own life, albeit very simply just day to day. I'm not asking for much...I don't want to go run marathons or swim the channel and I couldn't do it even if I wanted to. I just would like to get up, clean up around the house with regular chores, take the dogs out when they need it, take a shower, maybe do some errands, cook dinner for my family and clean up after that. Oh and maybe an art project a few times a week. For the last 10 years or so all of that has been a pipe dream. I'm not able to do much of that and have just been in survival mode for the most part, just relying on family to help me get through the day. It's honestly no way for anyone to live. Oh and now I have had a total hysterectomy and live with nuclear meltdown hot flashes on top of it all. So needless to say...with all of this going on that I am very wary of trying new things, but I just keep trying when I can afford it because I know this is no way for a 40-something year old to live. So I gave these a try. I am still not back to "normal"...I know I probably never will be back to that as I am completely disabled now. But I do feel some energy with this product. And that is a huge step. Mainly because I don't get the jitters and all shaky and nervous/grumpy feeling while on this. I would recommend this to anyone in my situation. But also to anyone else that just needs a little help with energy.

This product did not work for me, I tried it for around 30 days, I changed up doses and never got anything out of it. Doesn't mean that it will not work for some, everyone is different but for me it didn't help.So why the four stars you ask? Well I had originally posted a 1 star due to it not working, however I had forgotten about the 100% money back guarantee. I never asked for my money back, I used the product but that didn't matter they must have seen the review. I got a nice note from the company apologizing that didn't work and they refunded 100% of my money back.So in the end I tried it, didn't work and it cost me nothing that to me is great customer service.Side note I did not notice any negative side effects and I never took more than two a day.

My end result is find 3 to 5 broad-spectrum nootropics to maximize my results and minimize my cost. I find it best to start with the minimal dosage suggested and titrate for best results. As I continue my journey with nootropics and Associated supplements I will update this information to help others and my situation to make the best decision. My parameters are substantiated research .... the adequate dosage as well as great price point for quality product. At the end I want to get the best results for money and not just end up with very expensive pee.
