I like how my posture was corrected the moment I put this on. I have back issues as it is, so the fact that I can use this to help correct my bad posture will help even a little.There are directions on the back of the box for cleaning it as well as putting it on. It comes with the posture corrector as well as two comfort pads that are optional if you need extra cushion somewhere. I tried them on, but found I didn’t need them.Once I figured out how to set it up, it was easy to put on and adjust the straps. It fits my back comfortably as a woman and even fits my husband, who has a wide back/broad shoulders.So far so good!
