CLASSIC, LOOSE TEA, SMALL LEAVES, 1KG

First of all, what fantastic value for money considering how lovely this tea is. I just had my first cup of King's tea in my new teapot and I'm very satisfied. The tea is enclosed in a durable opaque and resealable packet which will preserve the contents well. The dry leaves are small and granular with a pleasant aroma. I used 1.5 tablespoons of tea in my 1.2 litre pot and brewed in freshly drawn and boiled water for 5 mins and it was super although very strong so next time I will perhaps use 1 tablespoon. I enjoyed it with a little sugar and without milk. The brewed tea is a golden/red colour with a rich, fresh and full taste. I noticed only a small amount of sediment at the end of the cup and I was without any stomach upset after drinking. I'm sure this quantity of tea will last a long time but due to its exceptional quality I will no doubt return to this brand for the reasons of value for money and an all-round excellent cuppa.

I have been buying this tea for about 18 months now. It consistently makes a cup of tea that makes most tea bags brands taste bland

I was a bit worried about the small leaves, cos I have a teapot with an internal strainer, and I was afraid the leaves would get through it. Tbh, they don't, there's basically no dust at all, it brews nicely and makes an excellent tasty cuppa! Overall, I'm impressed, and they're brilliant value for money as well.

very good loose tea

OMG how fabulous is this lovely tasting tea and great value for money. Will buy this again

Gave this a try and love it

After a false start ( the wrong order sent ) it was rectified very quickly and the service was excellent. I cannot praise highly enough the service. and the tea is of good quality.

Simply unbeatable for the price. It may not be posh long leaf high grade Assam but....BUT....it is good, honest fine leaf tea. We mix ours half and half approx with 'Venus Pure Kenya Tea', that will give you a really nice rich, brisk cup of tea. Don't get me wrong here, I'm not a 'chav' tea lover and am quite able to enjoy many high grade teas as well but to be honest this hits the spot nicely. one spoon per person, forget the 'one for the pot' you don't need it. As this tea is fine leaf it brews fast too. Venus Kenya is sold on Amazon as well so if you buy both you're quids in!
