Excellent
I mustve bought these five times by now - theyre in all my dress shoes! Shocking amount of comfort and support for something intended to just add height. Ive even left them in shoes when laundering and they stay put.

Very comfortable insoles for my lace-up shoes...
Tired of spending $10, $12, $15 or more for cheap insoles at the local stores I decided to give these a try. Boy am I glad I did! I wasn't really looking for an increase in height so much as I needed an insole that wouldn't "walk down", and be useless in a couple of months. I got the idea to try these.I wear size 11 wide or extra wide shoes, with orthotics, so I ordered the Large size insole. They fit in my shoes perfectly with absolutely no cutting or fitting required. Took 'em out the package slipped 'em in my shoes and started wearing 'em. I could tell a difference immediately! Not only in a slight increase in height, but more importantly in the overall comfort of my shoes. Most of my shoes are lace up, so they were able to accommodate the increase in height inside the shoe without much problem, but because of the orthotics I have to wear, adding these to the inside of my slip on shoes makes them a little too tight. So I don't wear my Sunday go to meetin' shoes much anymore. Now I can't, and don't want to go anywhere without them now.Ordering more soon. I can recommend these insoles just for the increase in comfort alone.Oh, and now my wife wants to try some in her shoes too.Update! Have purchased these several times since my initial review, and I can say with confidence that these insoles are well worth the money. They last a long, long time and I use them in almost all of my shoes now.

A pair where you only need one
Well made, comfortable and as described. They come in a pair - one left and one right. I only need the left one to even my legs after hip surgery. I wish they sold just the lefts or the rights . I can't use the right one so found another company where you can order 2 of one side.

They work great only if you use them with lace-ups.
My short butt has been buying thes for years. The plus is that you get that extra bit of height which is great when your significant wants to wear heals. However, they don't work well with loafers or any other kind of slip-ons because of the restrictive nature of loafers. If you're fine with lacing up every day, then get them. One more disclaimer: In an effort to use them with a pair of loafers that I loved, I cut the insoles down to the heal so that my feet would have a little wiggle room. For whatever reason, doing that caused a terrible inflammation (over time) on the outside of my heels.

Don’t buy
Great sole if it didn’t have these stupid bumps. Who wants to walk around to two bumps in the middle of your foot. Great idea

Good for leg length discrepancy
I gained an inch in my left leg from joint replacements, and use these in my right shoe to correct this leg length discrepancy. Of the three types I've ordered, I like these the best. This type, that give some lift throughout the foot and not just in the heel, are the most comfortable. And, I use both the left and the right lift; I just turn the left one over and use it in my right shoe.8/2018--I want to add, now after having worn these for a couple of years, that I think these do sink down a bit, so if your leg length discrepancy is 1", they may not be quite high enough. I just had yet another joint replaced, this time on my "short" side, and it added about a quarter inch, which means my leg length discrepancy is now about 3/4" instead of 1". So, I'm going to try these again to see whether they're about the right height.I think it's important to say that for those of us who are using only one lift in one shoe to correct leg length discrepancy, any insert that uses soft gel material is going to sink down a bit. They're still very comfortable, and to make up the difference, one could use a small 1/4" heel lift like the felt kind that Hapad sells (or any 1/4" heel lift), in addition to this insert.
