Not fluorescent green.
It's not a bright fluorescent green as shown in the picture. Mine came in yellow and blue. Still floats though.

Not as it appears in the photo. Colors are way off!
It is definitely not neon yellow and dark blue. It appears very dull and faded. Looks like it sat in the sun for years. Wish I would’ve seen the other review first.

Clearly YELLOW and blue
In case anyone else is smoking the green and somehow sees green. Get your eyes checked. It's clearly blue and yellow in the picture. Your lack of ability to see colors is not a reason to give it a low rating.
