Folding Firebox Extended Grill and Adjustable Fire Grate

The engineering in these stoves is exceptional, and that includes the extended grill plate. It fits perfectly. Just this weekend I cooked a hamburger, a thick one on the grill plate. Thought I'd give the system a trial run. As a survival stove, or even as a camp stove for more than one person, it is ideal. It cooked the meat beautifully, the grate perforations get the heat to the food item, fish, chicken or beef. The size of the grate gives you the option for cooking a larger portion, it distributes the heat well, and what beats the flavor of hardwood flame cooked hamburger?

Excellent addition to my Firebox Folding Stove. Adjustable fire grate is especially useful. As a whole, however, the Firebox system is expensive.

I love the firebox stove, and this is a very logical, good add-on. I honestly haven't use the adjustable great yet, just the extended grill, but it makes cooking a little bit easier, and it's as well built as everything else made by firebox.

I got these and split them up...I use the small one with my Emberlit stove and the large one works great with the 180 stove. I got two grill tops for two different stoves and they work great.

What a cool little grill. I use it to cook up a couple of burgers or pieces of chicken in the backyard. It's fun! It's fast! It's tasty!!!

The holes are so numerous and the stainless so thin, it warped after only a modest fire. Once it's hot, the weight of two 1/3 Lb burgers had it sagging some. The Firebox is awesome! Too bad this addon doesn't. The stainless steel stock should have been twice as thick.

My firebox is now complete! I have used most aspects of the firebox. Adjustable plate great for pellets.

You need these great add on products for your Firebox because it makes the stove more versatile. perfect!
