Can I use this as a carpet machine cleaner solution?

I have not tried that. It is not a recommendation on the container. They do haves tablets available and other products to use in carpet machines.

Will this work on existing stains & odors or on areas where other products, i.e. Natures Miracle, have been unsuccessfully used?

Best odor eliminator I've ever used.

I've used many products trying to clean up after pet urine and this truly is the best. It wipes out the stain and odor. It DOES NOT mask the odor it removes it! Great for all stains too.

Works like it claims to!!!

Products that actually do what they claim deserve to be commended and recommended...this is one of them!A spray bottle with tablets (you supply the water) , the pleasant, light scent doesn't mask smelly odors, it destroys them. Buying the version that's not associated with the Cat Whisperer name will save you money.

Did not work for us

The smell was gone while wet and after blotting, but would return when dry. The urine smell wasn't completely eliminated so dog continues to mark in the same spot again and again!
