Does not work!

This item did not work at all. We tried using it with the app on Apple and Android phones. It would say that it was synced when we first plugged it in but then every time we tried to dispense the fragrance it would say that there was a problem. We cannot even return it, so it was $20 plus the cost of scents that will now be down the drain.

came without scent card

awkward and sold only by itself. Nice packaging - modeled after the Apple brand, but instructions were not clear. Have to order scent cards which I am unable to find in the US..
